The maximum amount you can deposit is one half of the origination balance.

You may make withdrawals of principal before maturity only if we agree at the time you request the withdrawal. You may withdraw principal up to one half of the origination balance without penalty. Principal withdrawn in excess of limit before maturity is subject to early withdrawal penalty.

Early Withdrawal Penalty

The early withdrawal penalty varies by the term of the certificate:

• If your account has an original maturity of less than 12 months. We may impose a fee equal to 30 days interest on the amount withdrawn.
• If your account has an original maturity of 12 - 35 months. We may impose a fee equal to 60 days interest on the amount withdrawn.
• If your account has an original maturity of 36 months and over. We may impose a fee equal to 90 days interest on the amount withdrawn.

Flex Rate Option and Rate Information

The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. We will not change the rate on your account during the term of the account. However, you have the option during the first term of this account to exchange this interest rate for a new interest rate. The new interest rate will be the rate we are then offering on time deposits of the amount of this account (or less) with the same term (or shorter) as the original term of this account. The exchange will be at no cost to you. If you make an exchange, the maturity date of this account will remain the same as originally scheduled. The annual percentage yield assumes interest will remain on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.
