Required Opening Balance	$250
Monthly Service Charges	$10
Items Charge	An items charge of $.12 will be assessed for each deposit or debit items.
Coin and Currency Charge	A coin and currency charge of $.10 will be assessed for each $100 for withdrawn or deposited.
Earnings Credit	The charges will be offset by an earnings credit. The earnings credit will be calculated by applying the 90-Day Treasury Bill rate at the beginning of the month to the average daily balance in the account for the statement cycle.
Overdraft Protection	Transfers can be made from your checking, savings or line of credit to avoid overdraft.

Community Southern Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
